If your database will have many users, if it contains many thousands of records, if you require remote access to it, then we recommend the data be stored in mySql or Microsoft’s SQL server. This storage would exist on one of your main servers. A Microsoft Access database would then sit on each of your client machines as a tool for entering data, extracting data and producing reports.
